Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unopened, with the seal and original box fully intact.
The product must remain unused and in original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Products with opened packaging, broken seals, or signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and only for products purchased directly from Talent Vision.
1. Contact us within the 15-day return window via WhatsApp (+971 50 270 5412) or email (talentvisiondxb@gmail.com).
2. Provide your invoice number, product name, and reason for return.
3. Once verified, we will confirm whether the item qualifies for return.
4. You can either drop the product at our office or request a pickup service (charges may apply).
5. After inspection, approved returns will be processed for refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (card, bank transfer, or store credit).
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days after return approval.
Delivery or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error from our side.
Used, damaged, or altered products
Products with missing accessories, packaging, or manuals
Items with tampered serial numbers or IMEI labels
Personal care items, such as shavers or hair dryers, once opened
Consumables and accessories (batteries, cables, screen protectors, etc.)
Products showing liquid or physical damage
Orders returned after the 7-day period
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
Keep the item in its original packaging.
We will arrange for pickup, inspection, and free replacement or refund as per the case.
All returned products are inspected by our quality team.
Approval for refund or replacement is subject to the condition and verification of the returned item.
