We work only with authorized distributors and service partners, ensuring every customer receives trusted after-sales support and genuine parts for repairs or replacements.

Warranty Coverage

All products are covered under manufacturer or distributor warranty valid in the United Arab Emirates.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only during the stated period.

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.

Depending on the brand and product category, coverage may range from 6 to 12 months.

Some brands offer international warranty; details can be verified before purchase.

What Is Covered

Defects in materials, components, or workmanship under normal use.

Product malfunctions not caused by misuse, liquid damage, or physical impact.

Any repair or replacement performed by authorized service centers using genuine parts.

What Is Not Covered

Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken screens.

Water, moisture, or liquid damage.

Unauthorized repair, software modification, or rooting/jailbreaking of devices.

Battery wear, cables, chargers, or other consumable accessories.

Cosmetic damage such as color fading, scratches, or logo wear.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resold after initial use.

Any issue resulting from power surges, voltage fluctuations, or external factors.

Loss, theft, or product replacement requests without valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Process

1. Keep your invoice or order confirmation – warranty claims require proof of purchase.

2. Report the issue via WhatsApp (+971 50 270 5412) or email support@tvtgroup.ae.

3. Our team will verify your warranty eligibility and guide you to the nearest authorized service center or manage the claim directly.

4. For some brands, the item will be collected for inspection before a decision is made.

5. If the product qualifies, repair or replacement will be arranged according to brand policy.

6. Turnaround time varies by brand and issue type (usually 7–21 working days).

Pickup & Delivery Option

If your product cannot be brought to a service center, Talent Vision can assist with pickup and return service anywhere in the UAE.

Nominal logistics or handling fees may apply.

Important Conditions

Warranty applies only to products sold by Talent Vision (TVT Electronics).

Any product returned for warranty will be inspected before acceptance.

Data backup is the customer’s responsibility before service submission.

Talent Vision is not responsible for data loss during repair or replacement.

In case of product discontinuation, an equivalent model or service credit may be provided as per brand policy.

Products with tampered serial numbers or missing IMEI labels are not eligible.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Exchange or refund is not applicable once the warranty claim has been accepted for service.

Out-of-Warranty Service

Even after the warranty expires, Talent Vision can help arrange paid repairs through authorized centers
at fair service rates.
